NZ Legacy makes it a point to invest resources into the communities near which its holdings are located. NZ Legacy has worked hand in hand with the rural communities of Northern Arizona to develop progressive, environmentally responsible and forward thinking land use strategies for future growth and development.

Robert Worsley funded $250,000 for the planning and execution of these two county comprehensive plans since neither county had the money budgeted to comply with the new Arizona State law, “Growing Smarter Plus.” The plans were due to the state in December 2003. Both counties are now in compliance.
